1-1 private strength and conditioning sessions with the Adil Rashid Cricket Academy.
Including:- Periodised training programmes, Athlete specific training design, fitness testing, conditioning, speed, agility, plyometrics, strength, power

1-1 individual: 6 session block (1hr sessions)
Anatomical adaptation + hypertrophy 6 session block
6 session block incorporating fundamental movement skills, technique development or refinement, preparing the muscles, ligaments and tendons for greater intensity of training.

Maximum strength 6 Session block
6 session block incorporating maximum strength training - 70-80% of 1 repetition maximum (1RM) to help improve and build ability to produce and generate maximum forces through the body

Power Transition 6 week session
6 week session incorporating the transition from strength to power, utilising the latest Olympic weightlifting techniques and other methods (medicine ball) to increase the rate of force development (speed and power)
